Αποτελούμε ένα φορέα μελέτης, εκπαίδευσης, σχεδιασμού και υποστήριξης της εφαρμογής σύγχρονων προσεγγίσεων και μεθοδολογιών για τη διακυβέρνηση, σε τοπικό, εθνικό και διεθνές επίπεδο. Το κέντρο, μέσα από την συνεχή συγκέντρωση της διεθνούς αλλά και της ελληνικής εμπειρίας πάνω σε κρίσιμες εφαρμογές και υπηρεσίες προς τους πολίτες και τις επιχειρήσεις στοχεύει αφενός στην όσο το δυνατόν πιο άμεση και ολοκληρωμένη διάδοση των κανόνων και μεθόδων που προσφέρει η Ηλεκτρονική Διακυβέρνηση και αφετέρου στην ευέλικτη εφαρμογή του πλήθους των δυνατοτήτων της στις εκάστοτε ανάγκες της Δημόσιας Διοίκησης.
