EOSS Wines
A group of students (Jason Galiatsatos, George Exizogloy, Vassilios Iliogloy, Gabriel Katsas, Anthony Lampros) of the Department of information and communication systems engineering, University of the Aegean, in the framework of the course Software Technology with the responsible Professor. John Charalambides, contacted the Union of wine-making co-operatives of Samos (UVC) with a view to the completion of an application.
It is a multimedia application designed for modern android operating systems through which users have a direct picture of the operations UVC, and natural products. The application provides the ability to browse all products of the cooperative, including the specific characteristics of each wine as well as these awards.
The application provides escort proposals of wines with various dishes and a cocktail Wizard by using as a basis the multi-award winning wine Samos Vin Doux.
Of course, we could be missing information regarding the history of the UVC, the production process and the Samian Wine Museum. The precise geographical location and phone numbers, is available, enable the user to come into direct contact with the UVC.
